I’ve been seeing Stefano for several months now for physiotherapy to optimise my recovery following major surgery. From our very first session through to the most recent, he has been outstanding. The rehab exercises he has progressively prescribed—always based on a careful assessment of my recovery—have consistently been spot on, making a clear and measurable difference to both my rehabilitation and overall function. Importantly, Stefano also gets the “small” but equally vital things right. He always makes me feel welcome, shows genuine interest in my wellbeing, and creates an environment that is calm yet focused. I had been battling a rather painful neck issue for well over a week before booking in for treatment with Stefano. After a few days following my initial physio session with Stefano (and following the treatment plan provided) the pain eased off entirley and I regained full mobility of my neck. I found Stefano both empathetic and professional. He took the time not only to carefully explain possible causes and treatment, but also to listen. Hopefully I will not need pysio again, but if I did, Stefano would be my practitioner of choice.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. He spent the time to explain what he was assessing and potential concerns with the injury. He also explained the treatment and the objective of it so I could be fully involved, and understand what I was doing/what I needed to focus on. He is very approachable and answered any questions I had, and gave comfort over what I could be doing alongside the rehab (in order to keep training)

Stefano has been helping me return to running. I had to squeeze my treatment into a short space of time but he has been able to give me long-term plans to keep progressing once treatment with him has finished. He's been very thorough too.
