I was seeking information and reassurance about some unfamiliar symptoms and Dr Hines was very clear, reassuring, patient and personable, while it was not an appointment at a time of crisis or urgent need, it felt very valuable to be able to discuss my experience and feel I was being listened to by someone with experience and knowledge.

All my experiences visiting Claire Mellon & Associates have been exceptional. It is easy to get an appointment, and the level of service is really good. Having all women consultants is incredibly reassuring and the expertise is the best I have ever experienced. The follow up is also excellent. I cannot recommend this practise more highly, they are the best.

I felt very listened to during this appointment. Dr Rachel was very kind and caring and had all the time to listen to my problems despite only being a half an hour appointment. She quickly instructed some changes to my treatment, and a write up letter was sent within two hours. I came away feeling hopeful and positive. And I’m extremely grateful for your care and understanding.

I was nervous to see anyone but Claire Mellon, however Dr Rachel Hines immediately put me so at ease. I usually need a general anaesthetic in order to have a smear, however on my first appointment, Dr Hines convinced me to try and she successfully took my smear there and then. She has been excellent with guiding me through my menopause with hormone support and again, the admin team are incredible efficient, professional and most of all, kind. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
