Professor Griffin pointed out potential problems with my hip replacement on my last visit and recommended a spect scan. The scan revealed that there was no loosening of my replacement hip and we agreed that no intervention is necessary, at least for the time being. Everything was well explained and my questions were answered in a way I could understand. A perfect experience for me as a patient.

Professor Griffin was easy to talk with. He explained my condition clearly, outlined the various treatment options and answered all of my questions clearly. Our final decision to consider hip replacement was reached on the basis of probabilities and risks and he left me in no doubt that at any time I could change my mind about the need for a hip replacement. Throughout his manner was sympathetic and helpful.

Professor Griffin carefully assessed my medical situation, asked questions, examined me, arranged x-rays that were carried out in a few minutes. We then discussed the outcome and agreed on a treatment plan. I had a blood test before I left the hospital. Everything was achieved professionally within about an hour! I was pleased and impressed.
