My experience with Prof Dorota was excellent and very pleasant. She is such a wonderful doctor and on my first consultation she addressed not only my medical condition but she also asked me about my nutrition, sleep, sport and my day to day job. She is one of the few doctors that she has a holistic approach and listen to her patients. In my opinion she is a gem in Endocrinology and recommended her to a friend recently. Love Prof Dorota and thank you so much for all the advice you gave me as a doctor but also as a woman to woman.

Prof Dorota was excellent - however the first floor nurses to whom I was sent for a blood test did not do so well; they should have sent me straight to the phlebotomy nurses. The first floor nurse tried three times over the course of half an hour to get blood out of both arms - suggesting it was because I hadn’t drunk enough water while in fact I’d drunk two bottles - and when I was sent downstairs to the nurse there (who was excellent) I understood that they should have sent me straight away when they couldn’t do it the first time instead of keeping on with it. As it was the phlebotomy nurses was only just able to do it - my veins had been messed about so much - and if she hadn’t managed, I would have had to have come back another day, delaying my treatment. I’m sure the first floor nurses are very good at their own specialism, but for blood tests always go to the experts on the ground floor!
