Dr. Parag Sayal is an outstanding surgeon. His knowledge on CSF leaks is unmatched. He took the time to explain my CSF leak diagnosis in detail and created a clear, step-by-step treatment plan. After an initial blood patch I was about 70% better. He was very honest about the fact that surgery offered much higher efficacy for a full recovery. Today, I am 7 months post-surgery and feeling incredible. Dr. Sayal has been excellent from our first consultation through to my post-op checkups. He made the entire process seamless, with virtually no waiting around, which is rare. He is a truly empathetic, skilled surgeon, and I feel like I was in the right place at the right time. Mr Sayal recently carried out an operation to repair a spinal cord leak. He made sure I was fully informed every step of the way and gave realistic outcomings following the operation. I had my spinal fusion surgeries in April 2025, hospitalised for two weeks. I must say it was the best decision I've ever made to have Mr. Sayal as my surgeon. He is professional and caring doctor, he took really good care of me. I was worried prior to surgeries but Mr. Sayal managed to comfort me by explaining in details, I knew exactly what to expect.
