Dr. Parag Sayal is an outstanding surgeon. His knowledge on CSF leaks is unmatched. He took the time to explain my CSF leak diagnosis in detail and created a clear, step-by-step treatment plan. After an initial blood patch I was about 70% better. He was very honest about the fact that surgery offered much higher efficacy for a full recovery. Today, I am 7 months post-surgery and feeling incredible. Dr. Sayal has been excellent from our first consultation through to my post-op checkups. He made the entire process seamless, with virtually no waiting around, which is rare. He is a truly empathetic, skilled surgeon, and I feel like I was in the right place at the right time. If you are dealing with a CSF leak, you are in the best possible hands with him. Thank you Dr Sayal I'm forever grateful.

Mr Sayal recently carried out an operation to repair a spinal cord leak. He made sure I was fully informed every step of the way and gave realistic outcomings following the operation. I have seen various doctors and consultants over a two year period whilst trying to work out what my condition was, I was feeling complete despair until I had the good fortune to be introduced to Mr Sayal. I'm pleased to say I have made a full recovery and life is now recommencing.

I recently underwent surgery with Mr Sayal and couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional level of care I received, both before and after the procedure. From the very first consultation, he took the time to explain everything in clear detail, making sure I fully understood what to expect. He was incredibly patient with all my questions and never made me feel rushed. Post-surgery, his guidance and advice were invaluable. He provided thorough aftercare instructions and checked in regularly to ensure my recovery was on track. Thanks to his expertise and supportive approach, I felt confident and well-cared for throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Mr Sayal to anyone seeking a surgeon who combines skill, compassion, and outstanding communication.

I had my spinal fusion surgeries in April 2025, hospitalised for two weeks. I must say it was the best decision I've ever made to have Mr. Sayal as my surgeon. He is professional and caring doctor, he took really good care of me. I was worried prior to surgeries but Mr. Sayal managed to comfort me by explaining in details, I knew exactly what to expect. I have only experienced pain for the first three weeks, gained my full mobility in two months. Enjoying a normal life in four months. My friends and family complimented me not like having been through two major surgeries. I am so happy to enjoy my new life pain free. I highly recommend Mr. Sayal.
