Mss Rudarakanchana is very pleasant and friendly whilst also being most professional. She explained my procedure, possible problems and my recovery in simple, easy to understand language. She also kept my wife informed and reassured when I was unable to. Her PA, Miss House, has also been very efficient and helpful. From my initial consultation Miss Rudarakanchana gave me confidence that she would perform the procedure successfully which, indeed she did.
All the information given before the procedure was of great help. Miss Nung is delightful as is her secretary Tessa who acted most proficiently in making all my follow up appointments. I am very happy with the outcome of the procedure.
I cannot recommend Dr. Nung highly enough. From my very first appointment, I felt completely at ease thanks to her kind and polite manner. She is incredibly caring and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me full confidence in the treatment plan from day one. Throughout the entire process, she was consistently supportive, attentive, and helpful—always making sure I felt comfortable and informed. The procedure itself was flawless, and the results have been life-changing. The pain from my varicose veins is completely gone, and for the first time in years, I feel confident showing my legs. Even more importantly, I now have the energy and freedom to keep up with my 6-year-old son—I can run and play with him without discomfort, which has brought me so much joy. Thank you, Dr. Nung, for your professionalism, your care, and for making such a positive impact on my life.
