I went to see Mr Barazi about an operation for my trigemalin neuralgia at 78 Harley Street. He was very professional and personable. He asked detailed questions about my experience with the condition. He showed me an example of what was involved in the operation, which was very reassuring, and explained the possible risks. I then had the microvascular decompression operation at the Harley Street Clinic. I was very impressed with Mr Barazi throughout the the whole experience.
Highly experienced. Explained the diagnosis. Very reassuring
Haaving had a miserable time, on and off for some thirty years(and especially in the twlvelve months to my first meeting with Mr. Barazi). Thisiafrom Trigeminal Neuralgia.. He found a mechanism to relieve my symptoms immediately and I have been free of pain for just about a year now. This is both a wonderful relief and release. I shall be grateful for as long as I last! His manner is enthusiastic and engaging and plainly interested in awide range of subjects. Once fully recovered, I am sure I shall miss our conversations and h9is ministration. I offer hi m my sincere thanks. Roland S
I think Sinan is the first health professional in the field of neurology that has genuinely listened to me and come up with a potential diagnosis and a solution. Such a refreshing experience. Wish I'd come to him 15 years ago...
Excellent clinician: approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable
I contacted Dr Barazi after suffering from severe facial pain (trigeminal neuropathy) and after seeing several specialists over many months, but no one was able to identify the real cause or offer effective treatment. By the time I saw Dr Barazi, I was exhausted, distressed, and struggling to cope with the pain. From the very first appointment, Dr Barazi was exceptional. He listened carefully, took my symptoms seriously, and approached my case with a level of attention and expertise that I had not experienced before. He was the first doctor who truly targeted the underlying cause of my facial pain and treated it properly. Thanks to his care, support, and precise treatment, I have recovered my life back. I can now function almost normally again- something I honestly wasn’t sure would ever happen. Dr Barazi supported me through an incredibly hard period, always ensuring I was no longer in pain. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication made a huge difference, both medically and emotionally. I will always be extremely thankful to Dr Barazi. I cannot recommend him highly enough !!
I was referred to Mr. Barazi due to spinal cord compression resulting from my professional duties as a dentist. I was experiencing numbness in my lower limbs and was concerned that impairment of my hands and fingers might prevent me from continuing my work. Upon meeting Mr. Barazi, I immediately felt at ease. His approachable manner, calm demeanor, and confidence reassured me that I was in the hands of an exemplary surgeon for my cervical myelopathy. I had conducted prior research on Mr. Barazi and was confident in his surgical expertise. However, the rapport we established was so genuine that I felt no reservations or apprehension about proceeding with the operation. Mr. Barazi explained the nature of my condition and emphasized that delaying treatment could rapidly lead to paralysis due to the swift progression of my symptoms. He reassured me that he had performed the anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) procedure over 500 times. He also cautioned that, owing to the severity of the compression, some nerve-related symptoms might not resolve entirely. The surgery proceeded as planned and was successful. The entire medical team provided excellent care, and I felt privileged during my recovery at the Harley Street Clinic. Since the procedure, the tingling in my toes persists; however, my balance and mobility have nearly returned to normal. I consider myself fortunate to have been treated by Mr. Barazi. He is an outstanding surgeon of the highest caliber, whose kindness and quiet confidence made my journey to surgery as smooth as possible. I also wish ...
