Mr S. Alam Hannan was incredibly thorough, provided clear and reassuring guidance throughout, and left no stone unturned. I felt very well looked after and highly satisfied with the care I received, and I would strongly recommend him.

I went to see Mr Hannan for a second opinion for complications following nasal surgery. He has been truly wonderful, working out the problem and helping me to resolve it. He is so warm and caring, such a reassuring doctor to be under. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Dr.Alam Hannan has been great in explaining to us my son's hearing. I also really liked that before the appointment he took time to speak to me and most importantly to read through all the previous reports. That way he already knew our entire history, and I did not need to entertain my son whilst telling the doctor our medical history (which is what usually happens and what is annoying especially with very young children). Dr S. Alam Hannan is one of the nicest Dr's I have ever met, he made me feel fully comfortable and the way he explained everything to me so was so clear and understanding, it made any anxiety I had go away immediately. Dr Hannan diagnosed my issue very quickly and set me on a course that will help the issue get resolved quickly and he offered to be available 24/7 if i wished to speak with him which i thought was lovely as most people these days just want you in and out. Dr Hannan took his time with me, made sure all my questions were answered fully and even gave me some other options on what to do that I had not thought of. I cant recommend him highly enough and thank him for his help and understanding in my issue. I am now on my way to being fixed which is great. I can only highly recommend Dr Hannan. He's an exceptional ENT who cares about getting to the root of the problem. He takes the time to explain to you your situation, why you're feeling what you're feeling, and how you can get better. I left my appointment with a clear action plan, which he then followed up on promptly through email. In addition, his interpersonal skills are outstanding. He is patient, kind, and a great listener. He went the extra mile to see me as soon as possible and filled any paperwork needed in record time to expedite my insurance claims.
