My son felt very comfortable with Mr Kavia, his explanations were clear and age appropriate and the operation went well
Mr Kavia, and his practice manager have been incredible from beginning to end and I cannot thank them enough with the level of care and service. They clearly go above and beyond for their patients and I've been fortunate to have such an experience. Mr Kavia has supported me by ensuring the treatments required were to their highest level including avoiding more invasive actions which have been a real blessing.
Exceptionally professional and compassionate — provided outstanding care to my dad with genuine empathy and expertise
Poor parking facilities which should have been raised pre agreeing to use this facility due to its remote/isolated location and parking restrictions in the vicinity. It was very stressful as there was a risk I may miss my scheduled appointment as a result. I was suggested to double park someone!
Sorry about the issues with the parking. This is not under my control. However, Im glad that you at least found the consultation and explanation helpful.
Overall great experience with Mr Kavia. He answered all my questions and carried out my treat quickly and efficiently.
Dr Kavia was great to deal with throughout. He understood my anxiety and was very reassuring when explaining the treatment and aftercare.
Excellent. Calm, engaging, reassuring, efficient. And a good outcome.
Dr Kavia was very clear and thorough throughout and made extra time to see me when he had no appointments open when he was going on holiday. I felt both reassured and that he cared throughout.
