Patients diagnosed with prostate cancer often ask what is the “Gleason Score?” Prabhakar Rajan explains that a Gleason score is assigned by a pathologist when looking at the prostate cancer cells with a microscope. The pathologist will assign a score from 6 to 10, with 6 being mild and 10 being aggressive. Gleason 6 and some 7 cancers can be monitored whilst Gleason 8, 9 and 10 cancers need immediate treatment. ☎️+44 20 35761776 📧info@healthxy.co.uk 🌏https://lnkd.in/dvFAJptB
