About Mr Paul Harris
Mr Paul Harris is a well-known Consultant Plastic Surgeon in Central and South West London where he specialises in cosmetic surgery (particularly of the breast and abdominal wall) and reconstructive surgery following breast cancer treatment or significant weight loss.
Mr Harris received his medical qualification from the University of London in 1991 before undertaking his general surgical training. He then completed an MD during which he conducted research on tissue engineering before going on to complete his specialist training in plastic surgery. Following this, he was awarded a cosmetic surgery fellowship with a world-leading cosmetic surgeon which gave him an exceptional foundation in the field. Mr Harris was then appointed as consultant plastic surgeon and lead clinician at The Royal Marsden Hospital where he was based for almost 15 years working primarily in breast reconstruction.
Mr Harris' work in both cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery has earned him international recognition, and he was named "Best for Breast" in Tatler's cosmetic surgery guide from 2016 to 2022. He has pioneered and gained expertise in newer breast surgery techniques including the combination of uplifts with implants and the use of dissolvable mesh. He is a past President of the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) and regularly lends his expertise on the advances in aesthetic breast surgery at international conferences.

I had a very good experience with Mr Harris and his team. I was quite anxious about the procedure but from my first consultation I knew I was in good hands. I was treated with sensitivity and kindness and every step of the way was thoroughly explained. The consultations never felt rushed, and all questions answered at length. The nursing team working alongside Mr Harris were incredible and made me feel comfortable and at ease the whole time. For me it was very important to find a surgeon who was not only an expert in their field but also a patient led compassionate practitioner. I am so happy to have found Mr Harris he was exactly what I was looking for. I am very pleased with the results of my surgery and grateful to Mr Harris for his excellent work.
Paul Harris and his team are fantastic. The consultations have always been professional, and I've also felt at ease and able to ask any questions. I completely trust their experience and expertise - So much so that after a successful major stomach operation in 2016 (repairing extreme diastasis recti, umbilical hernias, creating a new navel, and adding abdominal mesh), I returned to him in 2023 for a different procedure. I would, and do, highly recommend Mr Harris and his team. From the initial consultation to the procedure to the aftercare - it all went exactly as I'd hoped.

I have been thinking about having this procedure for the past 20 years. When I met Mr Harris he totally understood why I was unhappy and what I wanted to achieve. Throughout though he managed my expectations. The service provided was excellent and I always felt I was in safe hands. All questions were answered clearly and the clinic staff were easily contactable. When I did have a small issue, Mr Harris even responded whilst on holiday! This whole experience has been fantastic and I’m only cross (with myself!) that I did not do it before.
