Mr Oliver Warren

Mr Oliver Warren, Consultant Colorectal Surgeon, is based within Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Trust in London. He is highly specialised in colorectal and hernia surgery.

Mr Warren began his medical education at Imperial College London and was later awarded a PhD from the same university 8 years later. He was later awarded the highly prestigious ASGBI Gold Medal for outstanding performance for his fellowship for the Royal College of Surgeons examinations. He finished 2 further fellowships at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney and St Mark's Hospital in London. He was also a visiting fellow for the Association of Coloproctology at the Cleveland Clinic in the USA.

Mr Warren is also the Clinical Director for Surgery at his NHS Trust. He is an active researcher, holding the position of Honorary Senior Lecturer at Imperial College London, with over 100 published papers, 8 book chapters, and a book. He is also a member of the complex abdominal wall reconstruction sub-committee for the British Hernia Society and is responsible for the regional abdominal wall reconstruction MDT meetings.
