About Mr Norman Waterhouse
Mr Norman Waterhouse, Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, is the Clinical Lead of Cranio-facial Unit at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. He is world-renowned for his skills in facial rejuvenation surgery.
Mr Waterhouse did his medical training at several highly respected medical schools within Cambridge, Bristol and London in the UK, he also trained abroad spending time in Bordeaux, Adelaide and Tokyo. He then went on to specialise in plastic surgery, being awarded a fellowship in 1988. He was initially appointed as a Consultant in plastic surgery at St Bartholomew's and the Royal London hospital, followed by a consultant position at Charing Cross and St Mary's before his current role.
Mr Waterhouse has a substantial publication history with over 65 peer-reviewed articles and remains involved in current research into aesthetic surgery. He is also an active educator, teaching undergraduate degrees and lecturing globally. He recently performed a live facelift in Berlin for his fellow surgeons in the German Society of Plastic Surgeons.
Mr Waterhouse also contributes back to society by undertaking humanitarian roles. He is the co-founder of a children's charity called 'Facing the World', which provided craniofacial procedures to children unable to access effective healthcare. He also regularly works with "Operation Smile", helping children in emerging economies with cleft lip and palate care. He has helped abroad in Nicaragua and Peru within the past two years.

Mr. Waterhouse was my choice because of his honesty, understanding, knowledge, advice and confidence during my consultations for my neck lift and submandibular gland removal. (Which he advised In fact, around 90% of the glands were removed. Which has given me my jawline back) He tailored his approach specifically to me, and now, at 8 weeks post-op, I am extremely happy with the results. I can honestly say I experienced absolutely no pain, with minimal bruising and swelling, and my scars are already virtually undetectable. This is truly a testament to Mr. Waterhouse’s skill.
