Mr Nicholas Thomas

I saw Mr Thomas today and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He explained my condition, providing me with reassurance and a clear course of action with possible treatment options. This made a potentially overwhelming situation feel manageable and under control.

Mr Thomas took the time to listen to my story and concerns and ensured that he addressed any questions that I or my husband had during the consultation. His explanation as to the cause of my pain and the review of my MRI scan was very clear and aided by the use of a 3D model of the spine where needed. He outlined a clear management plan and I felt that I had met a clinician who had listened to me and taken the time to tease out the probable cause and devised a clear management plan. The consultation was easy to arrange and everyone in the Harley street clinic was helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend Mr Thomas.

Mr Thomas was straight forward and clear. He wanted to investigate my condition further but was also mindful of not wanting to add additional costs. I feel reassured by his expertise and highly recommend him.

Mr Thomas is the clinical lead for a reason. He is fabulous and the team respect him and constantly learn from him. He is kind and honest. It is clear he is there to help all patients and colleagues.

Professional Personable

Mr Thomas was absolutely fantastic. I was in agony from a herniated disc and compressed sciatic nerve root. After surgery I'm now completely pain free. Mr Thomas was straightforward, kind, and clearly completely expert. Even though my surgery was routine compared to the sort of thing he does, I felt well looked after and left hospital walking easily for the first time in months.

A wonderful experience and it could not have been smoother had I wished. Right from the admission to the result., I would you praise the consultant and the anaesthetist, 10 out of 10. From the bed manner to the overall professionalism and courtesy offered., I could not follow them they are both professional and ambassadors to their profession

I count myself as very lucky to have found Mr Thomas when I was first diagnosed with a meningioma. From the first consultation and throughout my treatment I have received first class care and support from him, and the expert team he works with. At a point in your life when you are very vulnerable its important to be seen and treated as a whole human being and to have confidence in your consultant. Mr Thomas inspires confidence and puts you at ease in the most difficult of circumstances.

Nick always reassured me and is an exemplary practitioner. He is also most considerate and great fun.
