About Mr Mark Ho-Asjoe
Mr Mark Ho-Asjoe, Consultant Plastic Surgeon, is currently working within the Guy's and St Thomas's Hospitals NHS Trust, he also has been working within private practice since 2003. He specialises in microsurgical breast reconstruction, aesthetic surgery and lower limb trauma.
Mr Ho-Asjoe began his surgical training in the UK, following this he spent a period of time in research. He then went on to do his Higher Specialty Training in aesthetic surgery, in which he undertook a fellowship at The Wellington Hospital, London. He further developed his skill by training internationally at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan. The Chang Gung Memorial Hospital is seen as one of the leading microsurgical reconstructive centres in the world. He also worked within Hong Kong for a period as an Honorary Lecturer in Plastic Surgery at The Queen Mary University Hospital.
He currently holds membership to the British Association of Plastic Surgeons (BAPRAS), and the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS). Additionally, he is also on the Specialist Registrar for Plastic Surgery of the General Medical Council.
