Mr Mahantesh Karoshi

I would like to express my sincere thank you to Mr. Karashi, who performed the sonata treatment and hysteroscopic myomectomy. The operation went well and my period has become normal and much lighter after the operation. My tummy has less pressure to my lower back after both treatments. Mr. Karashi explained very well to me my symptoms and what caused my heavy period and pressure to my lower back. He is very patient and friendly and I feel that I am in a very good care of him. I would highly recommend Mr. Karashi to any patient who needs gynaecological treatment.

Dr Karoshi was the first doctor to properly investigate my symptoms and confirm that my pain was real, diagnosing endometriosis, fibroids, and other underlying issues. Despite it being almost two years since my last visit, he remembered my case and made me feel truly heard. He guided me toward the most appropriate treatment, always aiming for the most effective option with the least harm and carefully considering alternatives to surgery.
