Mr D’Souza was amazing with my elderly father. He was able to explain all observations noted clearly, and reassure my father regarding his presenting oral complaint. He addressed all of his questions, even the more trivial ones with care and kindness. Furthermore, his secretary Selena was incredibly helpful, assisting me on Christmas Eve. Thank you both for your clinical care and time.
I visited Dr Jacob with pain in my wisdom tooth. He explained me very the issue I had been facing and recommended a scan of my mouth. He was very empathetic and prescribed medicines which helped with my pain. I am extremely happy with his service and diagnosis.
Dr D’Souza explained everything in a positive manner to me, including my partner in our discussions whenever she was present. I appreciated his ‘bedside manner’ and clear expertise. I thought his manner throughout my consultations and surgery was as good as it could be. Thank you for removing my basal cell carcinoma (skin cancer) effectively and explaining everything I needed to know. Much appreciated.

Very skilled and empathetic surgeon, very clear explanation, great secretarial support too which matters. I would highly recommend to anyone needing treatment over and above what the average dentist is capable of. He was very proactive walking me round the hospital getting X-rays and the like which may have taken a while otherwise . The surgery itself was quick and painless and calm.
