He knows the disciplines inside out, is methodical, kind, very skilled and surrounded by the best team. If you have a urological or androlological issue he is the consultant to go and see. I was incredibly lucky to come across him.

I had micro-TESE surgery with Mr Alnajjar and the entire experience was exceptional. He successfully retrieved sperm for us, which has now given us the chance to move forward with IVF next year.
