Absolutely brilliant and so professional made everything clear and understandable
I have the highest regard for Urology at Kent & Canterbury, and in particular Mr Streeter. He has been my Consultant and point of contact right the way through my urology problems, and has been very caring and highly professional.
Had a very positive experience with Mr Streeter on my recent visit. Received the results of my cancer operation. The details were conveyed in a precise and understandable way. Professionalism maintained throughout the whole treatment process which is a credit to the Urology Dept and the NHS.
Thanks to Mr Streeter’s skill he was able to inform me my recent prostrate removal surgery had been successful in treating my cancer. It came as a great relief to hear that news and all the better to hear it face to face. He also went on to reassure me and give me further advice on continence and erectile issues. I can’t thank him enough.
Mr Streeter is very professional and caring. He is an excellent surgeon, removed my prostate, cancer, spared a good among of nerves very successfully. He is very good at communicating and is very knowledgeable. Cannot speak highly enough of him.
I just wanted to take a moment to share how incredibly positive my entire experience was, especially considering I was entering the hospital for an operation. From start to finish, every single individual I encountered went above and beyond to provide exceptional care and service, which truly made a difference in how I felt throughout the entire process. I would like to specifically thank Mr. Streeter, the surgeon/consultant, for his professionalism and reassuring approach, as well as the anaesthetist and their assistant, who made me feel comfortable and safe and talked me through the options. The nurses in the operating theatre were absolutely wonderful, their calm and attentive manner helped me feel at ease during a rather nerve-wracking time. Equally, the nurses on the ward continued that same level of kindness and care, ensuring that I was well looked after throughout my recovery. I'd also like to extend my appreciation to the ladies delivering food—to help me keep my strength up. The porters and cleaners and reception staff were just as impressive, working behind the scenes to ensure everything ran smoothly and the hospital environment remained clean and welcoming. Thanks to each and every one of you, my entire hospital experience was far more pleasant than I could have ever expected. The professionalism, kindness, and teamwork made it a stress-free and truly positive experience. Please do pass on my heartfelt "Thank You" to the entire team!
Despite being very busy Mr Streeter found the time to see me very quickly for a consultation after our private insurance company let us down and I was getting concerned about the growth of the tumor. Whilst direct he was careful to understand me and re assured me . The operation was successful and the support has been great. I received a 6-8 week follow up call From Ed Streeter today which was very reassuring and I have been politely informed on what the final follow up will be from here on. In conclusion the service has been timely, professional, supportive and courteous.
