Mr Denis Tsepov

My Tsepov was recommended to me by another gynaecologist who suspected I may be suffering from endometriosis. From my first appointment Mr Tsepov was very understanding and explained all my test results very clearly. Pre surgery he was always willing to answer questions via email/phone call. My surgery all went well and my recovery has been quick, I am very grateful to Mr Tsepov, Vicky, Nadia & the rest of the team for their work.

Mr Tsepov was recommended to me by a previous patient. I’m happy he was. His team worked well together like a well oiled machine with personal touches to ensure I knew the process, what to expect etc. Due to my work schedule there were occasions that I couldn’t see Mr Tsepov in person and they accommodated me with a quick turnaround to a video call. I’ve had previous surgeries and this was the least invasive surgery I’ve had. I was able to walk around on Day 2 and since then have had a steady climb to healing. The team were great and were a message away if I had any questions and this was really appreciated. I would 100 percent recommend Mr Tsepov and in fact have recommended him to two other colleagues already!

Communication was clear and quick, and the admin side ran smoothly. That reduced stress at a time when I had limited energy. Thank you to everyone involved. I felt respected, listened to, and cared for as a whole person, not a task.

I don't know how to even begin writing this because Dr. Tsepov changed my life. I had stage 4 endometriosis and large fibroids. I lived with constant pain and my periods were heavy and extremely painful. I cant begin to say how much the robotic surgery has changed my life. For 7 hours he operated on me and my entire body now feels different. He's an angel - funny, relatable, honest and takes such a depth of care. I know he loves what he does for a living and he is absolutely the best at it. I trust him, Nadia and Vicky completely. They respond quickly, assuage concerns, make themselves available for every silly question / panic / tears. I'm glad I found you and so happy you are passionate about endo so that many women can get the help they deserve.

Dr Tsepov did a fantastic job with my surgery. I had a robotic lapiscropic myomectomy on a 14cm fibroid. You wouldn't even be able to tell, the scars have healed beautifully. The care provided went above and beyond. His team are excellent and I would highly recommend.

Mr Tsepov was amazing from first meeting, on the day of operation and check ups after. I felt listened too and cared for. His EA and nurses assisting him are so helpful and easy to work with. Would recommend Mr Tsepov and his team to anyone.

From pre-op to post-op, my experience with Mr Tsepov and his team has been excellent. I was diagnosed with Stage 4 endometriosis, with complex pelvic, bowel, and diaphragmatic involvement, and Mr Tsepov’s professionalism, expertise, and skill made me feel completely in safe hands. The entire process, from initial consultation to scans and results, was seamless and well-organised. Vicky, the endometriosis specialist, was incredibly supportive during my recovery, showing genuine compassion and care. I always felt comfortable reaching out whenever I needed guidance. The surgery successfully excised all visible endometriosis while preserving my fertility, and I have already noticed improvements in my bowel function. Mr Tsepov performed a complex 6/7 hour surgery for my stage 4 endometriosis (alongside a urologist and a colorectal surgeon). My endometriosis was very advanced and required a bowel resection and temporary stoma. My recovery was straightforward and despite also being diagnosed with adenomyosis, I became pregnant within 2 months of trying (9 months after the surgery and 7 months after the stoma-reversal). I had an uneventful pregnancy and was fortunate to have a healthy baby. I cannot thank Mr Tsepov and his team enough for their expertise and care.

From my initial consultation to post operative follow up Mr Tsepov has been exceptional. He explained everything so clearly, took the time to answer every question I had and was very kind and compassionate. Mr Tsepov’s team have also been fantastic. His Personal Assistant provided clinic letters and follow up notes immediately after appointments, arranged scans and tests seamlessly and Vicky, the clinical nurse was very helpful at answering any post op questions I had.
