It took me 7 years to get the right diagnosis and treatment. this has progressively affected my personal life and my concentration and performance at work. Being a Nurse from many years, working surrounded by experienced professionals in a very large multidisciplinary team, going from doctor to doctor, screaming for help in agony and no one was able to cure this pain… I have done manny treatments with no success. In the end, I am very grateful to find Mr Komath. He has performed a Level 4 bilateral temporomandinular joint arthroscopy that was able to stop all my suffering. He is very professional, organised, skilled and knowledgeable. Mr Komath is an angel that gave me my life back! I highly recommend him!
I had level 3 arthroscopy with BMAC. The surgeon is expert in his field and I felt I was in good hands. He diagnosed me quickly and made a clear plan with me. Recovery was quick and easy and I am free from daily pain.
I rate my treatment very highly. His surgery was extremely sucessful, and Mr Komarth was friendly, reassuring and professional throughout
Mr Komath removed three of my wisdom teeth plus one coronectomy, and it all went smoothly. I was able to book it in very soon after my initial consultation and scans and he explained everything clearly. The procedure went well without any complications and Mr Komath put me at ease – he was very reassuring and clear with follow up instructions. I’d definitely recommend.
The doctor was professional, helpful, and friendly, making the entire experience stress-free. My procedure was completed smoothly, and the results exceeded my expectations. The scarring is minimal and easy to conceal. I would highly recommend him.
It is safe to say that when I met Dr Komath, I had absolutely no hope left. I had spent 16 years in pain that only got worse, was living on a blended diet, losing weight and had been told by my local maxillofacial department on the NHS that nothing else could be done to help me, but Dr Komath changed everything. He listened in a way no one else had. For the first time, someone took me seriously. He carefully considered my history, my scans, my symptoms and most importantly, the toll this was taking on my life. He never once rushed me. He never once dismissed my experiences, and he never insisted we try one more round of something that had already failed me before. Instead, he treated me with compassion and respect, and with a level of care I hadn’t experienced in over a decade. He didn’t offer false hope. He didn’t promise any miracles. But what he did offer was a plan. A way forward. And a refusal to leave me stuck where I was. That alone meant more than I could ever put into words. Dr Komath is, without question, one of the most skilled and respected Maxillofacial surgeons in the country. He takes on some of the most complex, high-risk cases - and he does so with quiet confidence, deep integrity, and a genuine commitment to doing what’s right for his patients. I am unbelievably lucky to be under his care and trusted him wholeheartedly to perform my bilateral jaw joint replacement surgery. I will never be able to thank him enough. For his skill, his kindness, and for giving me back something I thought I’d lost for good - hope. I recommend him to everyone who asks, ...
Read moreProfessional caring and understanding. I was informed of every step before my jaw joint Arthroscopic surgery with stem cell therapy. Aftercare is excellent with Mr Komath explaining how I can heal the joint area. I have no pain and can after a very long time eat foods I was unable to eat before the surgery.
I began my treatment with Mr Komath over a year ago and recently underwent surgery for my TMJ issues — specifically, a bilateral TMJ intra-articular arthroplasty with a right-side level 3 meniscal plication. I’m incredibly pleased with the entire process from start to now. Although I’m still awaiting the final stages of physiotherapy and splint treatment to restore full mobility, my experience as a patient has been consistently positive. The day of my surgery was, naturally, nerve-racking, but Mr Komath and his team were there every step of the way to answer my questions and talk me through the process. The operation went smoothly despite my case being complex, and my recovery was swift thanks to the guidance and informative follow-ups from his assistant.
I had been suffering with severe TMJ symptoms for 7 years. All my efforts to get better was unsuccessful. Mr Komath completely transformed my life and has given me a pain free life. I had a level 3 arthroscopy with stem cell therapy. I highly recommend him.
