If you are thinking about rhinoplasty I would urge you to consider Charles East. He is the best rhinoplasty surgeon. I was very nervous and he put me at ease, he just seemed to understand immediately what I wanted.

I had a septo-rhinoplasty with Charles East to improve both my breathing, the structure and appearance of my nose, including a droopy tip and overall profile. From what I understand it was quite a technical operation and I was prepared for a tough recovery. Instead, it has been far smoother than I expected which I think really shows the high level of skill of Mr East and his team. Before deciding, I spoke to three surgeons during my research phase and Charles was in another league. He spoke clearly, with confidence, and was incredibly thorough in examining and explaining exactly what was needed. He also listened carefully to my visual requests and worked them into the plan, and it is already clear he has delivered what we discussed. Two weeks post-op, I was amazed at how little bruising or swelling I had. It almost made me wonder if he had even done everything we talked about. Even though it is still early and things are a touch swollen, my nose already looks great. It feels more balanced, my nostrils are better shaped, and my breathing has significantly improved from the moment I woke up. To already be able to get back to the gym (all be it lightly) and wearing my glasses again at this stage has also been a welcome surprise so early on. It is worth noting that rhinoplasty is definitely a journey. Even when things go to plan it can make you second guess along the way, so having a clear plan to refer back to and reminding yourself of your goals is incredibly grounding. I felt in such good hands from first meeting Mr East. He talked me through exactly what to expect and designed the tweaks on my nose better then all my attempts over the last year or so - he knew exactly how to improve my nose while still having me still look like me! On the day of the op I was so excited and both him and Lydia made me feel so calm. They really looked after me and told me exactly what to expect in the coming days and the aftercare was honestly amazing. Day 5 just before I was about to get my cast off I felt anxious because I’d had a lot of time to think and wonder what it looks like under there but when Mr East removed my cast I couldn’t have wished for a better result! So natural and it fits my face perfectly. I’m so so so over the moon I chose him as my surgeon. I have no scars as he used the closed approach and the recovery was completely fine.
