Honestly couldn’t fault this man, I’m autistic so obviously had a lot of questions relating to pilonidal disease which is what I saw him for and he took the time to clearly explain the answers to all my questions. First of all he done an exam of the scar and asked what we wanted and not what he suggested, we told him we wanted a definitive surgery done, then explained what he would do. Dr Prabhudesai met me at very short notice and operated me a week later. He was kind, professional and understood my situation very quickly. My condition is not serious and yet very painful & uncomfortable so early action was very much appreciated. I could have done with some additional guidance on what recovery might look like and what I could expect but he did see me twice after the procedure, again, at short notice. A special mention for Nayana and Sonya (in Nayana's absence) who manage Dr Prabhudesai's diary. Exceptional in responsiveness and extremely kind and professional. Thank you.

Mr. Prabhudesai is a dedicated doctor. He is friendly and patient. His assistant Ms Nayana is also very friendly and enthusiastic to help patients.
