I found Mr Singh very polite and knowledgeable. He attended the appointment on time and gave me a very detailed explanation of my condition.
My mother had hospital admission for a condition that seemed to be heart/BP related. Dizziness, headaches, palpitations. However, during discussions with the hospital team they suggested an inner ear problem (having ruled out heart/BP issues). Mr. Singh had an excellent website ( https://1st-ent.com) which set out his area of expertise and experience. I filled in a simple online request and received an immediate response from his clinical administrator who was exceptional in arranging an appointment and dealing with the follow-up. We saw Mr. Singh at Bishops Wood Hospital. Mr. Singh was outstanding; he was clear in explaining in simple terms the nature of the problem, the management strategy, and what further investigations were needed and why. The primary diagnosis was vestibular migraines. The condition had caused so much worry and anxiety which made the condition harder to manage. A series of exercises were recommended. The exercises made a difference. Mr. Singh was patient, focused through the consultation and follow-up. It was so reassuring to meet him and benefit from his expertise. I highly recommend Mr. Singh.
Mr Singh was very clear with his explanations and went through all the pros and cons of my recent surgery. He was happy to listen and explain all my questions I had, very professional and put me at ease.
Mr Singh was very professional and efficient. The appointment was on time. I gave a background and he took notes. The procedure was carried out with the minimum of fuss. His recommendations were clear and accurate.
