Mr Henderson was very patient with me and my lack of medical knowledge. I appreciate how thoroughly he explained all my options.
Mr Henderson always provides a coherent and helpful explanation about one's condition. I have every faith in his competence and professionalism
Alastair explained everything really clearly for us giving us all the information we needed. He was really warm and friendly which helped put us all at ease.
Mr. Henderson passes the beer test. As in, “would I be happy having a beer together on a pub?” The answer is yes. Personable. Knowledgeable, factual, listens well.
Clear explanation given which was suitable for age and knowledge level of recipients. Took a conservative approach to the problem which is always appreciated, but explained what to do if there was an escalation. Lovely man, not at all arrogant or snooty, which is so very refreshing when so many Doctors are. Very personable and clearly an expert in his field. He came highly recommended by past patients.
Mr Henderson immediately made my son (who was very nervous) comfortable and explained exactly what was going to happen at the appointment.
Mr Henderson is an exceptional and highly respected consultant urologist. He is a true expert in his field, combining deep clinical knowledge with a thoughtful, holistic, and evidence-based approach to patient care. His excellent technical skills, sound clinical judgement, and collaborative multidisciplinary style consistently lead to high-quality outcomes, something I have seen first-hand through our work in the Urology MDT. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to my own friends and family.
