I recently saw Mr Abdul Gaffar Dudhniwala for treatment of a herniated disc, and I was extremely impressed with the level of care I received. His bedside manner was excellent — calm, reassuring, and genuinely patient-centered. Before my nerve root block procedure, he took the time to clearly explain what would happen, what I should expect, and how the procedure would help. This communication made a huge difference, and the procedure itself went very smoothly from start to finish. What stood out most was that he did not push me toward surgery, unlike previous experiences I’ve had elsewhere. Instead, he offered straightforward, sensible advice on how to best manage my condition and the steps I could take moving forward. Overall, Mr Dudhniwala provided outstanding care, and I would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with spinal issues.

Very happy with the care, treatment outcomes, and swift attention from Mr. Dudhniwala. I had been in unbearable pain with sciatica from prolapsed disc. Spinal injection for nerve root block gave almost instant relief. And I’m now virtually pain-free.

I had an excruciating L4/5 disc prolapse & Mr Dudhniwala help me managed months of pain first through an epidural and then ultimately a discectomy. Throughout he was very patient throughout and explained every part of each procedure and my condition and took the time to allay any concerns I had around recovery. I’m 2 months post-op now and I’m in the best physical space Ive been in for years and the wound also healed up very quickly. If there were the options for more stars, I’d give them! My visit with Mr A G Dudhniwala was timely, cordial and professional, leaving me feel extremely well looked after and confident.

Mr Dudhniwala is a very professional surgeon, and right from when I first met him, and through to my last visit, he's always filled me with so much reassurance. He gave me a spinal injection back in Feb 2025 which literally helped me to turn around a very bad disc herniation in a very short time and he has my absolute recommendation.

Pre op was really professional and going through the op and hospital stay I cannot fault care and attention. Post op was awful scrambling around trying to get someone to check my wound and chasing trying to get a post op appointment with my consultant was very difficult. Overall really good experience until the let down of after care.
