I felt confident that the result would be agreeable Very professional but still human
Made the whole process efficient with all necessary information clearly explained.
Very easy to talk too. He listened to me and my concerns.
Get there early because one has to complete a questionnaire, unfortunately on an Ipad. I was seen very quickly and options spelt out, all very professional
Very good but still waiting to see what happens next is he going to do me a letter or email for my doctor ?
I received prompt, clear and helpful advice. Mr. Bhansal listened to my concerns and noted them down and we discussed the situation together. I was advised that a full knee replacement was in my best interest, but warned that if I neglected to do the exercises afterward, it could become very stiff. Overall, I was very impressed.
Mr. Bansal is a highly skilled and proficient orthopaedic surgeon, specialising in hip and knee keyhole and replacement surgery. His extensive expertise and deep knowledge in this field are commendable. He demonstrates exceptional teaching abilities, empathy in patient care, and is an outstanding colleague. My professional experience with him at King's College Hospital NHS Trust was immensely valuable. I confidently recommend him for any consultations or procedures related to hip and knee issues.
