The best doctor I have come across! From the moment I enquired about an appointment, Miss Theresa Richardson was incredibly accommodating and managed to fit me into her schedule. My recent experience was the same as the first warm greeting, taken to waiting room that was so welcoming, putting you at ease, had my orbs done, then a lovely lady took my menu for after my procedure, When it was my turn, I was taken to the theatre, again was greeted with a warm welcome, I was told step by step about the drops they put in your eye to numb it lovely people put you at ease Then into theatre for my procedure Greeted by miss Theresa Richardson who explained what I was to do felt completely comfortable could not have asked for more what a fantastic experience it was
