I truly believe that Lydia and Charles are the best Rhinoplasty surgeons in England. I’m an actress and I’d had a rhinoplasty in Paris that had gone disastrously wrong. It was corrected but still not completely right. It took me 7 years to pluck up the courage to do a final revision because what I wanted was so precise. I’m in front of a camera and even the smallest amount I of much or too little felt serious. I was a nervous wreck! But the whole process with Lydia couldn’t have been easier or, frankly, more prefect. Lydia discussed exactly what I wanted (even called to calm a panic I had!), the hospital was wonderful, the surgery felt so easy and my recovery was incredibly simple and painless. The results are perfect. Lydia is a perfectionist and an artist. I can’t recommend her highly enough. If you’re changing your face it’s not worth going to anyone but the best and Lydia and Charles are absolutely that.

I found Lydia on Real Self as she specialises in rhinoplasties and she is one of the very few surgeons in London that did not have a bad review anywhere on the internet. From my initial consultation, I understood why this was. She is super friendly, professional, empathetic with meticulous attention to detail (and she’s female woooo! Although Lydia advised me to see a few other surgeons, I knew straight away I wanted her to be my rhinoplasty surgeon so I called up 3 days later to confirm that I am happy to proceed with a diamond septo-rhinoplasty. I was told 3 days later that there was a cancellation and I was able to book.I feel extremely privileged to have not only met Lydia but to have her as my surgeon. She is a genius and an artist.
