I was pleasantly surprised and pleased that Dr Bailey remembered me even though I had not been for over 18 months. She had my notes available to go through history but also remembered things from my previous visits. I felt there was good continuation and as always, I found her friendly, thoughtful and professional. She also treats me like the adult, is not patronising or dictating.

Dr Bailey was patient, understanding and kind with my elderly mother. She offered good advice as always, and took time to make sure that my mother felt listened to. She made useful suggestions for specialist support if needed. It is a pleasure to have her as our family GP.

Have a great experience on each occasion I speak with Dr Bailey, in fact the best I have had with a GP. She is highly professional and user friendly, always getting to the point of my illness and best treatment. My recent visit typified our relationship and I felt better within four days of her prescribing the necessary treatment. I would have no hesitation in recommending her as an outstanding GP.
