My experience has been excellent. I have suffered from spinal stenosis and arthritic vertebrae for many years. Mr Divani recommended a Laminectomy to remove damaged bone to reduce pressure on the nerves. The operation was 100% successfull. I have had no pain or sciatica since the operation and I am very grateful to Mr Divani for all his care and expertise
