Visited with my son Dr Neffendorf has been amazing
Thank you your kind review.
I cannot fault my experience with Mr Neffendorf and his team on the day, all played their part to the full. My only negative comment is how disappointing it was that the procedure was cancelled three times, and at very short notice - whilst it was explained the postponements were due to emergencies, this does not help the mental wellbeing of those that have psychologically built themselves up for what is a traumatic operation.
Thank you for taking the time to review. We are very pleased that your experience of surgery and the outcome met your expectations. Please accept our apologies about the cancellations you experienced - this will have been due to urgent cases that presented to Mr Neffendorf on his NHS theatre operating list. We understand this is not ideal and appreciate the psychological effect it can have. Thank you for your feedback.
Mr Neffendorf was friendly & professional and answered questions with knowledge & confidence.
Thank you for taking the time to review. Mr Neffendorf prioritises answering any questions you have to ensure you are fully informed of your condition and options.
