Dr Patel saw us and our 10 year old daughter regarding her knee injury. He was knowledgable and was compassionate. Diagnosis and follow up was easy and professional. He made our daughter feel at ease and was reassuring to us as parents. We are very grateful for all he has done for our daughter.

Went for my 1st appointment for my 2nd knee replacement. Very reassuring to see Mr Patel. Went through how the last operation went and then disscussed next operation. He is very clear, listens to your concerns and very good at explaining in laymans terms.. I never feel rushed at the appointment.

I sought Mr Jaison Patel’s advice for mystery anterior knee pain which wasn’t resolving through conservative measures. At first he recommended giving 100% in physio for a longer period, but after doing so without resolution I returned and we scheduled an arthroscopy. From start to finish he was one of the nicest doctors I’ve ever met. He listened carefully, empathised with me and made sure to set realistic expectations. He gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions and raise any concerns and I knew I could place my confidence in him. Following the surgery Jaison made time to see me for a debrief and give me an overview of his findings. I was very happy with the update and given how great my knee is feeling already, I’m incredibly happy with the outcome. I would recommend Mr Patel without hesitation to anyone in need of a knee surgeon or an expert opinion.
