Mr Singh performed a full rotator cuff repair surgery on me recently and it was such a great experience from start to finish. From my first consultation he was so informative, upbeat and made me feel completely at ease and comfortable. I’m now 6 weeks post op and recovering really really well. He explains the whole process in a way that’s easy to understand and reassuring, plus the actual surgery was a total success!!

Firstly, I would like to thank Dr. Jagwant Singh. I broke my collarbone four years ago and had a titanium plate fitted at Whipps Cross Hospital. Since that operation, my shoulder had been in constant pain. After numerous hospital visits and rounds of physiotherapy, I was repeatedly told there was nothing wrong and that I would simply have to live with it. I was then recommended to Dr. Jagwant Singh, and from my very first appointment he recognised that something wasn’t right. He immediately sent me for an MRI scan, which revealed a bicep tear and a labral tear. He arranged the necessary surgery and successfully repaired my shoulder. I cannot thank Dr. Jagwant Singh enough. I’m now eight weeks post-op, the pain has almost completely gone, and my movement has nearly returned. From the first visit, Dr. Singh explained everything clearly, never rushed, and always took the time to answer all my questions.
Thank you for your kind review. I am so pleased to hear about your excellent progress following your shoulder surgery. Wishing you all the best

Dr Singh is fantastic. He really knows his stuff, and quickly diagnosed my problem. To back up his theory, I had some further tests (which conirfmed his diagnosis) and he delivered all of the news in a very calm and professsional way that made me feel very much at ease. Highly recommended.

It was a genuine honour to participate in the Wrightington Shoulder Course. The two-day program delivered intensive teaching and valuable learning opportunities We were privileged to share experiences with a distinguished international faculty, including Lionel NEYTON Marc-Olivier GAUCI Giuseppe Porcellini. A special acknowledgement goes to Ntambue Jimmy Kauta, who travelled from Cape Town to contribute his expertise in managing complex shoulder conditions. I extend my sincere thanks to Puneet Monga Katy Boland and Sarah Briggs for the invitation, and to the Wrightington team (with particular appreciation for Jackie Richardson) for organising such a high-calibre event. This course has successfully established itself over the past 15 years as a premier platform for uniting leading minds and expertise in the field of shoulder surgery and rehabilitation. Day 1 focused on shoulder instability, trauma, rotator cuff, and managing shoulder arthritis and Day 2 delved into shoulder arthroplasty and new developments in the shoulder world along with breakout sessions. It was also wonderful catching up with my mentors, former trainers and colleagues : Prof Ian Trail, Mark Falworth, Lennard Funk,Puneet MongaMike Walton, Krishna Swamy, Steve Bale, Jo Gibson, Ben Hughes,AMOL TAMBE (Shoulder and Elbow Surgeon)Rish Parmar Jaime Candal-CoutoAditya Prinja Leanne DupleyDavid ShieldsJulia WaltonAdam RumianSimon Boyle Thank you all for a brilliant event!

New Research: Bridging the Information Gap in Rotator Cuff Recovery When a patient hears the words "rotator cuff tear," their mind often floods with uncertainty. Will I need surgery? How long is the recovery? Will I ever be able to lift my arm again? Effective recovery starts with clear communication. However, for a long time, there has been a disconnect between what doctors explain and what patients actually want to know. Our latest publication, "From Tear to Repair: A Systematic Review of Frequently Asked Questions Before Rotator Cuff Surgery," aims to bridge that gap. By analyzing thousands of records, our team has identified the exact questions on patients' minds to help healthcare providers create better, more targeted educational tools. link to the article OnlineFirst https://doi.org/10.1177/17585732251395212
