Dr Alwan kindly agreed to speak to me on Tuesday 28th October 2025 rather urgently and I found him to be extremely informative, professional and efficient right away. Gathering all the necessary background information and asking plenty of questions. He moved very effectively to ensure I was able to get the tests I needed to move forward with my planned surgery and made the necessary plan of action and relayed that back to me so efficiently. I felt very confident in his manner and decisions which was a huge relief to me which significantly lessened the stress around my surgery. I also found him to be very caring and empathetic which is a rare and admirable trait.
