Miss Elena Gel

Elena Gel is a physiotherapist who graduated in 2016. In 2020, she earned a master's degree in Global Healthcare Management and Leadership from Coventry University. She is dedicated to continuous learning in diagnostics and new therapy alternatives. 

Elena has a strong interest in manual therapy and gentle joint mobilisation, which she combines with tailored exercise programs to improve client outcomes. Her expertise also includes shockwave therapy, kinesio-taping, shoe fitting, and orthotics. Elena emphasizes the importance of listening to and educating clients at all stages of their recovery, whether they are dealing with acute pain, chronic pain, sports injuries, or post-surgery recovery.

Most of Elena's experience is in the private sector. She has worked with swimming clubs, football and rugby teams, and has a special interest in managing pain for dancers.
