Dr Yiannis Ioannou

Dr Yiannis Ioannou is a children's doctor based in London and happy to look after all aspects of your child's health. As a Consultant General Paediatrician, Yiannis is happy to consult on all conditions affecting children from birth to teenage years including; reflux and colic, constipation, abdominal pain, headaches, coughing, wheezing and asthma, skin rashes and infections. Dr Yiannis offers well baby checks, immunisations, health assessments and health advice for children of all ages offering continuity of care on multiple sites to suit your location.

Yiannis' former NHS base is at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, where he was also is lead for paediatric undergraduate education and is an Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer at Imperial College, London. Yiannis now runs a private paediatric clinic group, Childhealthy and sees children privately in clinics across London. 

Yiannis graduated from Pembroke College, Cambridge University and Guy's and St Thomas' Medical School in London. In addition to his diverse general paediatric experience, he has had higher specialist training in paediatric emergency, paediatric intensive care at St Mary's Hospital, London. He has had further subspecialty training and experience in neonatology, paediatric nephrology, neurology and oncology at Evelina Children's Hospital, London and Children's Hospital Westmead in Sydney, Australia. Yiannis completed an MSc in clinical paediatrics, was awarded a fellowship with the Higher Education Academy and a Teaching Excellence Award for NHS Teachers by Imperial College School of Medicine.
