About Dr Umasuthan Srirangalingam
Dr Srirangalingam is a consultant in endocrinology and diabetes at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. His private practice is at the London Claremont Clinic. He graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 1999 and completed specialist training at St Bartholomew's Hospital.
In addition to his busy practice, he gained an NIHR clinical lectureship in 2010 and developed a clinical and research interest in the familial endocrine cancer syndromes. He was awarded a PhD in 2012 for work on the use of splicing therapeutics to modify hormonal expression.
Dr Srirangalingam manages patients with all aspects of endocrine, diabetes and lipid disorders. His specialist interests include male infertility, congenital adrenal hyperplasia and Klinefleter syndrome service (KF-Xtra clinic) at UCLH.

Unlike many doctors I’ve seen in the past who dismissed my symptoms because my results were “in range,” he truly listened, understood what I was experiencing, and put together a clear roadmap for us to follow. It was one of the best interactions I’ve had with a doctor, he asked thoughtful questions, explained everything in detail, and made the whole experience very positive. A true professional, and I’d highly recommend him.
