I feel very lucky to have been under the outstanding care of Dr. Richards during my recent radiotherapy. He was extremely clear and thorough in explaining the process and in talking me through any potential side effects. He provided numbers and facts on all points, and by doing so was able to reassure me completely around the side effects. My treatment took place at The London Clinic and their radiotherapy team were wonderful at helping me get through the process well, extremely knowledgeable and caring. I would recommend both Dr. Richards and the radiotherapy team at The London Clinic to any friend requiring radiotherapy and am grateful for the fantastic care received.
Having been under Dr Richards since 2019/20 we have a very open & honest rapport
Dr Richards is very caring and is very happy and willing to offer explanation in detail, on any concerns you may have. He is very sympathetic and understanding of your concerns and it does not rush. He explained very clearly the radiotherapy process and it made me feel more confident about the step I was about to take. I highly recommend Dr Richards.
I found Dr. Tom Richards professional and very sincere in his approach during the consultations. Dr. Richards gave both my husband and I confidence and explained the whole treatment process very well.
