Dr Garcia Reitboeck completed his postgraduate medical training and neurology training in hospitals in and around London, including the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery and St. George's Hospital. After a postdoctoral research fellowship at the UCL Institute of Neurology, where he studied the role of microglia (the immune cells of the brain) in Alzheimer's disease, he became a consultant in 2018 and specializes in acute neurology, myasthenia gravis and motor neuron disease.
