Provided answers to my key questions about detail of problem and potential treatment
Dr Segal dealt with my issue very swiftly and professionally. He was flexible about the type of appointment he offered..................face to face, Zoom or phone call. I had every confidence in him and I could feel that he wanted to find a solution for me, which he did.
Many thanks!
It was all excellent. Dr Segal was extremely kind and professional. All the nursing staff were attentive and I knew I was in good hands and felt extremely conifident in Dr Segal.
Great, very pleased to hear. Thank you for the feedback.
Dr Segal is absolutely excellent - he listens, asks questions and is obviously a superbly well qualified having run the cardiology department at Bart's, probably the best cardiology department in the country!
Thank you.
The first interview over the internet is simply a money gathering excise. To charge the same fee as that charged for a face to face is not defendable or reflective of the standards of integrity I expect from practitioners of this level. The letter that follows simply restates the facts that do not merit a charge of£450 for 27 minutes. The next steps then advocated are those which could be asked for without this money harvesting exercise. I found it insulting.
Wow - shocked and dismayed to receive this and impossible to interpret without knowing who this is or what it refers to. Terms for service are very clearly laid out before seeing me, so there should be no surprises afterward. I treat all patient exactly the same and am dismayed to read that this is unjustified.
I have found Dr Segal to be an outstanding cardiologist/electrophysiologist and I’m grateful to be in his care. He completely replaced a pacemaker implanted poorly by another doctor and I have been feeling great in the six months since the revision. His expertise is evident in how he implanted the new pacemaker leads into the conductive pathway system, which has lead to improvements in my heart’s own structure and functioning.
I had a very positive experience with Dr Segal. He was very professional but also friendly and provided a lot of reassurance.
thank you so much!
My AF ablation and recovery went very smoothly, however the AF returned so Dr Segal performed a second ablation 6 weeks later, which was successful. Dr Segal kept me informed throughout and was a great help in making informed decisions about my treatment.
very pleased the treatment has worked, thank you for the feedback.
Dr Segal, was very thorough and made sure every part of my heart that needed to be looked at was. He ensured that it was all done on the day as I had travelled in. Then explained everything to me properly and made me feel at ease. Really pleasant and caring felling I got. Thank you
