On time and efficient conduct of the examination. My concerns were noted and clear responses and actions where necessary and appropriate provided. The follow up report was delivered promptly - 5 star service. Previous appointments were at the Southampton Spire, this appointment at the Chandlers Ford Nuffield was better in all respects. This was a Saturday appointment, parking may be more difficult on a weekday.
