Dr Arup Sen provided outstanding care for my father during a very difficult period. He combined deep clinical expertise with clear, calm explanation and genuine empathy, taking the time to understand the full picture rather than treating issues in isolation. His advice was thoughtful, practical, and clearly grounded in experience, and it gave our family real confidence in the plan going forward. We felt listened to, supported, and in extremely safe hands throughout.

I saw Dr Den following hospitalisation which resulted in vertigo to rule out a stroke. Dr Sen was very amiable and arranged for a head MRI and blood tests to be done within a couple of weeks. I would recommend Dr Sen highly he was able to explain all the results easily and took time to answer my questions as well as my dads and reassured us both. Dr Sen also took time to talk through the options that existed and helped me make an informed decision on next steps.

Suffering a stroke in my 20s was an unexpected and frightening time, but Dr. Arup Sen provided outstanding care that made an immense difference in my recovery. From the very beginning, his expertise, professionalism, and genuine compassion were evident. Despite the demands of a busy hospital environment, he took the time to thoroughly address every question my family and I had, ensuring we never felt rushed or uncertain. Dr. Sen’s deep knowledge and calm, reassuring approach brought much-needed clarity and confidence during an incredibly challenging time. His dedication to patient care is truly remarkable, and I cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone in need of a stroke consultant. He is, without a doubt, an exceptional doctor who goes above and beyond for his patients.

Booking an appointment with Dr Sen was very easy and his team is great and he has a great setting. He has wonderful bedside manners and his knowledge and network is also impressive. He has made me feel comfortable and supported and takes time to explain things well and make a plan to move forward! In an age where to find this level of support is very hard Dr Sen stands out and is constantly evolving his practice. I highly recommend him

Dr Sen was patient, polite, knowledgeable and thorough. HE reviewed all records prior to our visit, and asked to see others as they came up in conversation. He was unhurried and unrushed — and my mother, who'd just had a stroke, felt she got her questions answered and felt confidence in his plan of action. I hope he will be available for consult once we return back to the U.S. highly recommend - we'd had three consulting physicians to choose from - and we're so glad we drove into London to see him. Don't think there are many others with this specific type of expertise.
