Dariush & his team at the Royal Free saved my hand via Free flap after a crush injury & I owe so much to everyone from Dariush & his team, to the nurses on the ward for aftercare, to the lovely team at Mount Vernon plastics to the hand therapists. Dariush is so supportive every consultation, he makes me feel confident & at ease. He truly is a genius & a gentleman.

Mr Nikkhah came highly recommended and he lived up to his reputation. He went above and beyond to operate on my teenage son, who had a complicated fracture needing pins and surgery. He was excellent throughout the entire process, and my son recovered much more quickly than expected. Returning to rugby ahead of schedule.

Words can’t fully express the gratitude I feel for Dr. Dariush Nikkhah. From the very beginning, he was not only exceptionally professional but also deeply caring and empathetic. My breast reconstruction was truly ideal — the results exceeded anything I could have hoped for, and my recovery was surprisingly quick and smooth. What touched me most was how he cared for me from the moment of the operation and continued to support me throughout the entire healing process. I never felt alone. His compassion, attention, and dedication brought back a sense of harmony and happiness in my life that I thought I had lost. I will be eternally grateful for everything he has done for me.

I recently had an upper Blepharoplasty with Mr Nikkhah, and I couldn't be happier with both the service and the results. Mr Nikkhah is extremely professional, kind and explained the procedure and what to expect both during and after. I felt very comfortable and he was more than happy to answer any questions. I had the procedure done under local anaesthetic, I experienced no pain or discomfort during the procedure at all. I had some swelling and bruising post-op, the bruising was gone after 7 days, most of the swelling gone after 10 days. I had no pain whatsoever, just mild discomfort for the first few days. This was a procedure I had wanted done for a very long time as although I am very slim, I had excessive skin hanging over my eyes which really bothered me and was beginning to affect my eyesight. I would recommend anyone considering this procedure to consult Mr Nikkhah in the first instance.

I had a very pleasant, stress free experience from the initial consultation through to the actual procedure and the final check-in for the stitch removal. I was given clear explanations throughout, which made me feel completely supported and confident at all times; all members of his team were wonderful. I am so glad that Professor Nikkhah was recommended to me and am grateful to him for his great skill and the care I received.

Where do I start. Mr Nikkhah is the best in his field and I am so blessed to have had him as my surgeon. Mr Nikkhah makes his patients feel at ease always and explains everything he is planning to do clearly and thoroughly. I am forever grateful to him for making me feel like a woman again after breast cancer.
