Dr Anand Singh is an experienced respiratory consultant in London & Hertfordshire .Dr Singh  has been practising for over 10 years.

Dr Singh is a Consultant  Respiratory Physician at West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust -   Hemel Hempstead Hospital and Watford General Hospital . He is the Lead
Consultant in Sleep and Non Invasive ventilation . He is also a specialist in treating Lung  Fibrosis/ Interstitial Lung disease .

Dr Singh  has  worked in the Specialist teams  at  Glenfield Hospital (Leicester), Royal Brompton and Harefield hospitals.

Dr Singh worked in the high dependency unit during the Covid pandemic as part of the West Herts team which won the BMJ Respiratory Team on the Year Award in 2021. They were able to recognise innovative ways of providing care through telephone and audio-visual consultations.

Dr Singh has extensive experience of treating Covid 19 and its complications.

Dr Singh  completed a thesis in obstructive sleep apnoea and a Fellowship in lung fibrosis / interstitial lung disease. Dr Singh also mentors candidates for the European Diploma in Adult Respiratory Medicine and has written resources for the respiratory medicine specialty certificate exam.

Dr. Singh’s professional affiliations further demonstrate his standing in the field of respiratory medicine. He is a member of several prestigious medical organisations, including the Royal College of Physicians London, the British Medical Association, the Medical Defence Union, the American College of Chest Physicians, the European Respiratory Society, and the Asia Pacific Society of Respirology. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Singh is deeply involved in medical education and mentorship. He mentors candidates preparing for the European Diploma in Adult Respiratory Medicine and has authored resources for the Respiratory Medicine Speciality Certificate exam.
