An outstanding hospital. Great environment with professionalism shown at every moment. What could have been a worrying and stressful time became a relaxing and supported time. Would recommend without hesitation.

I am so thrilled with my experience at Weymouth Street Hospital, London, after having had cataracts removed in both of my eyes, by Mr Hove of Blue Fin Vision. I can see clearly now, both distance and close up, reading, computer etc, etc.. ; no need for any glasses. Mr Hove is truly amazing - so caring, kind and professional. He explained everything to me in my assessment on Monday 8th December, in Chelmsford and actually had the operation in such a short time - Thursday 11th December! I am a new person now ! Doctor Carlos, the anesthetist, was also so kind and caring. I felt thoroughly at ease for my operation. Many, many thanks to everybody, including the kind nurse. My husband and I were both given a delicious meal afterwards, which was really appreciated - so welcome. Thank you very, very much for everything, everybody

Very friendly and professional staff from front desk to nurses, and even the caterer visited personally. Made a positive difference to the overall experience.

I cannot fault the nursing staff, doctors, my room, the food or anything at all. It was outstanding.

Everything and everyone were friendly, helpful and caring. There was only one inconvenient thing - hair wash.

I had a Rhinoplasty here with Lucian Ion. I'm grateful to all of the staff at the hospital for making my stay so comfortable; the room was clean and comfortable, and whenever I needed help the nurses were quick and helpful, plus the food was really good. The surgery and anaesthetic itself went smoothly, and it was re-assuring to talk to both surgeon (Mr Ion) and anaesthetist (Dr Warwick Marchant) beforehand, and then see Mr Ion multiple times after the surgery. When I was soon to be discharged from the hospital I momentarily (for a few minutes) felt very rough; the hospital staff were really friendly and there wasn't any rush to discharge. One thing I did note is that there wasn't always complete consistency between the surgeon and the hospital, e.g. on the admission time, or on how to clean the wounds, so I would suggest trying to improve this (the patient, at least speaking for myself, isn't always a reliable intermediary), however this was a very minor issue.

I had bunion surgery with Dr Nazir last week and I have only great things to say about the experience! From the reception team to the whole surgical team and everyone involved, I was treated with kindness and respect and we even had some great jokes flying about! I've never had such a good hospital experience before - thank you everyone!

Dr Ashfaq Khan is a highly skilled and experienced consultant. He was extremely patient with all my questions and provided me a lot of reassurance before my procedure. I am beyond grateful to Dr Khan for handling my case from start to end. His manner is professional, friendly yet to the point. Dr Khan explains everything in a lot of detail which is exactly what I wanted. The whole team is fantastic! From his secretary, Nicky who is super accommodating to the hospital staff who really go above and beyond to care for you. I truly appreciate your support!
