About Urology Partners
Urology Partners provides modern, innovative and effective care to patients. Founded in 2006, Urology Partners provides the highest standard of urological advice along with ensuring the appropriate sub-specialist input is available where necessary. Urology Partners is comprised of 10 consultants, practising across London, Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire. Each partner is recognised by the GMC as having completed their specialist training in urology and all are dedicated to ensuring the highest possible standards are maintained throughout the partnership.
Urology Partners are dedicated to expert consultant-led care, with subspecialist areas including prostate cancer diagnostics, robotic kidney surgery, minimally invasive kidney stone surgery, among others. You will receive a dedicated treatment and care plan throughout your care with Urology Partners, with convenient appointments 6 days a week throughout London, Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire to help fit around your schedule. You will also be looked after by their team of specialist Urology Nurses to make sure you receive the ongoing support you need throughout your treatment and recovery.

I have seen Mr Bott on several occasions at his clinic and can only score him 11 out of 10! He has a lovely bedside manner and listened to all my concerns. His knowledge is second to none and he takes time to explain everything thoroughly. I honestly cannot recommend him enough.
Initial consultation arranged speedily with surgery booked shortly afterwards . All the staff, from Professor Hindley to the supporting nurses were excellent and extremely caring . My recovery period was somewhat longer than I anticipated from the predicted 4-6weeks , and required considerable patience on my part. The Hampshire Clinic was an excellent choice !

Remote consultation with Neil Barber. Neil is very experienced and knowledgeable with respect to enlarged prostate and the various treatments available for size reduction to reduce the symptoms. He clearly explained the results from the MRI and the urine flow and capacity assessments carried out at an earlier consultation. Based on the findings aquablation therapy was recommended and discussed in some detail. He outlined the various stages of the operation, the duration and required stay in hospital but also the recovery over the subsequent weeks. Very comprehensive and he put me completely at ease.
As always Mr Neil Barber provided excellent, considered and balanced advice.
As usual, Mr Barber imparted information and advice in a clear, sympathetic manner. No conversation has ever been rushed and he has answered any question in detail. His care for me as a patient and his interest in my family has been exemplary. A brilliant surgeon and a very kind person.
The recovery from my aquablation procedure for an enlarged prostate has been very successful with absolutely minimal side effects and no real pain post the operation. Back at work after a couple of days and now 5 weeks on just starting to do some exercise. Remarkable.
