1st class.Upon arrival you could see that the reception staff were extremely busy but friendly.overhearing a conversation about members of staff being off sick, It was refreshing to hear that other members of the staff team had dropped in to help out the overloaded department.
It was friendly, on time and unrushed so I left with a full understanding of the situation
The staff at the Spire are very knowledgable and caring.
Pre and post surgery care was generally very good. I had an uncomfortable night post surgery but this was to be expected. The nursing staff were late to get me up in the morning but this was due to an emergency with another patient. The staff took great care to ensure that I was ready for discharge later that day.
