Really happy and felt like my concerns were definitely heard. Staff were all amazing in particular the (female Asian receptionist) she has been so helpful so caring and I just wish I knew her name so she could have some recognition. ( she has booked in all my follow on appointments if that helps) x
The hospital is spotless and clean with courteous staff.
Very good especially the porter who took me to theatre and also all the staff on the ward and in the theatre they made me feel very at ease.
