Running an hour late, but not a problem realise things can run over in a hospital environment
Lovely reception staff. I got there a few minutes before my appointment but I didn't realise there would be forms to fill out (self paying) so I would advise to get there a good 10-15 minutes beforehand so you are not rushed.
